God knows it's not easy blending families. But lucky for us He gives us all the tools we need! Let's dive into each individual, course correct, and lay out a path for this amazing journey!
Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up and you aren't able to make your appointment time. However, it's important to ensure other clients are able to have their needs met that we have a strict policy regarding missing an appointment. Everyone will get one free "pass" and I won't charge you for a missed appointment. After that, I will charge the full fee for the appointment that was missed. If a client is more than 5 minutes late or more consistently I will have to reevaluate with that client how I can better serve their schedule.
